Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Visitors should arrive at their allocated ticket time to ensure a smooth entry.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you are late or experience any travel issues, please speak to one of our Visitor Experience Assistants at our exhibition upon arrival, and they will try to accommodate your booking at the next available slot. This is not guaranteed.
Can I re-enter the exhibition after attending a floral workshop?
No. Floral workshops are hosted in an adjoining space that is separate from the exhibition experience, and re-entry to the main exhibition galleries is not permitted after your floral workshop has concluded. Please plan to visit the exhibition before or after your scheduled floral workshop.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Only service animals are permitted within the exhibition.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the core exhibition is accessible to people with reduced mobility. If you need any assistance before your visit please email visitor@somersethouse.org.uk
Are there allergens present in the exhibition?
Yes, the exhibition features a wide variety of fresh floral displays, which may release pollen, fragrance compounds, and other plant-based allergens. Visitors with hayfever, asthma, fragrance sensitivities, or other respiratory conditions should be aware that exposure levels may be higher than in a typical environment.
Can I bring food and drinks inside the venue?
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the exhibition space.
Do you offer caretaker / support person tickets?
Visitors with disabilities may bring a companion free of charge. You can book a free Companion ticket on the ticket selector. Disabled companion tickets should only be booked alongside a paid ticket. Please note that the companion must enter the venue together with the ticket holder.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes, visitors with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There are no toilets within the exhibition space itself. However, Somerset House has multiple free public restroom facilities, including large gender-neutral cubicles across the New, South, East, and North Wings. Restrooms are signposted.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Absolutely! Fleurs de Villes DIANA is designed to be photographed and shared. We invite you to capture your favourite floral mannequins, share your experience on social media, and help spread the floral joy. When taking photos, please be considerate of other guests and avoid blocking displays or walkways. Professional photography equipment, tripods and commercial shoots are not permitted without prior approval.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Please ask staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you've already left Somerset House, please call 020 7845 4600 or email us at visitor@somersethouse.org.uk
Is a coat check available?
No, there is no coat check available in the venue. Please note that suitcases and large bags are not permitted in the exhibition space. The nearest luggage storage facility is located at Charing Cross station, a 10 minute walk from Somerset House.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children aged 3 years and under can visit free of charge, and children under the age of 17 need to be accompanied by adults with a valid child or youth ticket.
Can I bring baby strollers or prams into the exhibition?
Access to the interior of the exhibition with baby strollers or prams is not permitted. A buggy park is available free of charge under the Stamp Stairs (LG level) It can be accessed via the Embankment Entrance. Prams and buggies are left here at the owner's risk. Somerset House cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
